feratel media technologies AG (Maria-Theresien-Straße 8, A-6020 Innsbruck, Austria) processes the following personal data for the purpose of technical function analysis (including debugging) and to ensure security in the context of accessing our MediaPlayer:

• IP address to determine the country of origin
• Log files (date and time of access to our MediaPlayer)

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest (e.g. to ensure functionality) pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have given us your consent.

Your IP address will be deleted four days after accessing the MediaPlayer and your log files will be irrevocably deleted after 18 months.

As a person affected by the processing, you have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), correction (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), a right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) - including in the case of legitimate interest - and the right to a human decision in the case of automated decision-making including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

Automated decision-making including profiling does not take place, nor is the processing contractually or legally obligatory.

In addition to the rights of data subjects listed above, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for you. The supervisory authority responsible for us is the Austrian supervisory authority.
